Group Exercise Sessions

Group Walks

Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our well-being. Even a short burst of 10 minutes of brisk walking increases our mental alertness, energy and positive mood. Participation in regular physical activity can increase our self-esteem and can reduce stress and anxiety.

Sea Dips (Seasonal)

As anyone who has braved an icy dip will know, the stress reaction recedes as you adjust to the temperature. There is now evidence to suggest that repeatedly putting your body through cold water immersion gradually reduces the severity of the initial stress reaction, and increases happy endorphins.

Light Beach Exercises

Making light exercise, fun and enjoyable with a certified PT instructor, this kind of exercise is a great way to keep intrusive thoughts at bay.

Includes walking, music and light exercise.
