We’re looking for big-hearted, motivated people to be part of something truly extraordinary.
One Man And His Fridge is a headline-grabbing mental health awareness walk. Tom Judge, 61, is walking 1,400 miles from Redcar to Spain carrying a 45kg fridge — symbolising the invisible weight so many men carry when struggling in silence.
This unique campaign is raising awareness for men's mental health, with a live-streamed journey, community fundraising events, and a documentary in the making.
We can’t do it alone — and that’s where you come in.
Whether you want to get stuck in on the ground or help us from your phone, we’d love your support. These are voluntary roles with flexible hours — perfect for people who want to make a real impact, develop new skills, and be part of a truly meaningful adventure.
