How We Help

The following initiatives represent our goals to support mental health through physical wellness. Some of these programs are currently in the planning stages and will be launched as we secure the necessary funding.

We offer a range of facilities to help you #BreakTheSilence and improve your mental health and wellbeing.
Break The Silence is a groundbreaking Initiative created by the team at First Contact UK Mental Health.

All the facilities are focused around physical health and regular deflection exercises.

These facilities have been carefully selected through the lived experiences of Tom Judge our founder and the full team of First Contact UK Mental Health.

The facilities will be fully funded by First Contact UK Mental Health from in-house fundraising and will include the following.
